Catch them is a passwordless helper application designed to track physical toy collections. To provide this service, we only store and process the following information:

• Email Address: Used solely to issue secure magic login tokens. No passwords are stored.
• Collector Display Name: A handle you define (e.g., "Thomas S.") to identify your collections publicly.
• Collection Lists & Duplicates: The items you choose to log in your lists, including their quantities.

2. Visibility & Sharing

By default, your tracker details are private to your account. However, if you choose to share your unique collection link (the obfuscated swap token URL), the items you own, duplicates you have marked, and items you need will be visible to anyone accessing that link. Please share your links responsibly.

3. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operations, or data retention. We represent no retail brands, toys, or campaigns.

4. Commercial Use & Third Parties

We respect your privacy. We will never sell, lease, or share your email address or collection data with third-party advertising companies or marketing brokers.
